Build the second server as required. Confirm that both ESX servers have the correct static IP

addresses before moving to the next stage.

Task 5 – Populate vCenter

To automatically add the ESXi servers to vCenter, setup an HA and DRS cluster as well as

networking and datastores on the ESXi servers use the Add ESXi hosts… option from the

menu in the AutoLab Script Menu shortcut on the desktop.

The script will execute with a minimal amount of feedback, some yellow warning messages

are usual, red means something has gone wrong.

If you selected the options to create VMs and datastores in the Automate.ini file then the

script will create these, if existing datastores and VMs exist these will be added to the

vCenter inventory.
