WTS08: Checks for 16-Bit Applications
WTS08 checks a package for 16-bit applications; 16-bit applications will not run on Windows 2008 R2
because it is a 64-bit platform. The WTS08 error string is displayed in the following format:
The binary '[FILE_NAME]' in package '[PACKAGE_NAME]'('[PACKAGE_NAME]') is 16-bit. This
affects the deployment of this package in a terminal server environment.
Summary
WTS09: Checks for Files Manifested to Run as Administrator
WTS09 checks a package for applications manifested to run as Administrator. These packages will
typically not be good candidates to run in a per user environment because users of Terminal Services
typically do not have Admin privileges. The WTS09 error string is displayed in the following format:
The binary '[FILE_NAME]' in package '[PACKAGE_NAME]'('[PACKAGE_NAME]') is manifested to run
as Administrator. This affects the deployment of this package in a terminal server
environment.
