64‐bitWindowsoperatingsystem),inserttheWindowsOSCDintheCD‐ROMof
theStageManagerServersystem.
IfyouhaveanISO,mounttheISOusingathird‐partytool.
2 LocatetheDEPLOY.CABfileinthe\Support\ToolsdirectoryontheCD.
3 Expandthe
DEPLOY.CABfileusingWinzip.exeoranothertoolcapableofreading
MicrosoftCABfiles.
YoucanalsouseWindowsExplorerinWindowsXPorWindows2003.
4CopythefilestotheappropriateStage ManagerdirectoryforMicrosoftSysprep
support.
Forexample,ifyouinstalledStage ManagerinC:\Program
Files\VMware\VMware Stage ManagerServer,copythefilestoone
ofthese
directories:
C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Stage Manager
Server\Tools\CustomizeGuest\Windows\Sysprep\win2k3
CAUTIONStageManagerprovidesacustomizedsysprep.inffile.Duringthe
